Meltdown Live – January 2013

The third Meltdown Live event was packed with some of the heaviest bands they could find. It was a little different to the usual as headliners Horse in Transit used the night as their launch for the new E.P ‘If I Were a God’. With a sold out venue and some serious music lovers in there it soon became a great atmosphere.

Just before H.I.T blew us away, Mum Locked in Castle came back to town for a one off gig. They originally played around Scarborough three or four years ago so it was great to see them back in town. Local lads Olivine were on just before, and the Welsh 5-piece Blowgoat opened up proceedings. For more photos take a look here.
